Floral Box Card

A card I made for my Daughter's Birthday last year. I can't believe I haven't posted for such a long time. I used Stamping ups Flower shop stamp set.

The gorgeous papers are from Pink Petticoat and are called Strawberry Bloom. I love the idea of box cards as you can pack so much detail into them. The colours are so spring like I thought it was the perfect time to post.

I have soooooo many cards to post but I think I should call it a day for now. Be back very soon.

Race Day

Hello,

I've been away for such a long time but I'm back now and have lots of cards to post. The card I'm sharing today is one I have made for my Daughters Birthday. Just hope she doesn't see it on here!!!
Charlotte ran in the Bath half marathon for the charity TEMWA, a few weeks  ago. Very proud of her. I found this image on the saturated canary site and thought it would be perfect.
I hope you like it.

I coloured the image with my topic markers, which I haven't used for so long. Loved the effect they gave. The papers are the gorgeous Pion Paris Flea Market. The button twine and the pink cord are from the Ribbon Girl.

I am entering it for the Ribbon Girl March Challenge.

Space rockets

Good Afternoon,

Another quick post to show you the card I made for my brother's birthday (not until December) but you have to strike while the ideas are fresh.

I used some navy cardstock and applied white shabby frontage for the star effect. The  little rockets and space ships are a memory box die which i attatched using folded acetate which makes them look as though they are floating. I have also added stars and self adhesive gems to add to the solar system effect.

This is just up my Brother's street, he loves astronomy and planets and space.

Hugs

I have added little hearts in between the flowers and have also added a junk yard finds precious zip.

Annabel Texting

Good Afternoon,

I hope you have all had a lovely weekend. I have been busy making a card for my niece, who will be 14 on Tuesday ( she spends all her time texting, so very appropriate image !!) and a New Home card for my son and his girlfriend, who are busy packing for a move to London next weekend.

I am going to share the card I made for my niece today. The image is one of the new LOTV Annabel stamps. This one is called Annabel Texting.

I have coloured her using distress re-inkers and Prisma coloured pencils. The papers are Maja design.
The stitching around the edge of the card is stamped with a LOTV A5 stamp set.The Happy birthday sentiment has been heat embossed using stamping up white embossing powder. I have added a doily and lace ribbon. The fence is cut using a Magnolia die and stamped and embossed. The tag is also a Magnolia die to which I have added a little wooden heart.

I have added an envelope embellishment which I think is a junkyard find one and attached it with a flower button.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:-
